By accessing or using Deuce, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Deuce provides real-time monitoring of tennis court availability in Tokyo. The service includes push notifications when monitored courts become available for booking.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Plus subscriptions are billed monthly
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated scripts to access the service

Deuce is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that courts will become available or that you will be able to book a court.

Deuce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
